EA增加手工介入开单功能

增加了手工开单功能。有时人工盯盘发现指标给出机会，尝试手工下单，与系统自带的“单击交易”不同的是：会根据ea内置平仓策略自动平仓，下单自动设止损金额，也可以一键全平不等ea自动平。根据ea参数里的手数和止损值下单，ea会接管手工下的单并进行档位自动转换和平仓。
